What You Need to Get Started

The Open Water course is accessible to almost everyone — it just takes curiosity, commitment, and a bit of swimming comfort.

Minimum Age: 10

Young divers are welcome, with appropriate parental consent.

Good Health Required

No medical certificate needed, but general fitness is important.

Comfort in Water

You don’t need to be an athlete — just feel comfortable floating and moving in water.

Your 3-Day Certification Plan

The course follows a logical, progressive flow. You’ll start by building foundations, then test them in real dives — with full support every step of the way.

Day 1: Theory + Pool

Watch training videos, review concepts with your instructor, and practice diving basics in shallow water.

Day 2: Dives + Debrief

2 open water dives with skill practice + theory review between dives.

Day 3: Final Dives + Exam

2 additional dives to complete your training, followed by the final theory test and certification.
