Pre-Requisites to Start the Rescue Course

This program is for divers ready to step up. You’ll need prior certifications and a basic first aid background to begin.

Advanced Adventurer Level

You must already be an Advanced Diver (SSI, PADI, or equivalent).

First Aid + Oxygen Training

Valid first aid certification with oxygen administration required.

Minimum Age: 15

A course for responsible, mature divers.

3 Days of Rescue-Focused Training

Each day builds on the last, combining theory, practical skills, and hands-on rescue scenarios — until acting under pressure becomes second nature.

Day 1 – Theory + Pool

Learn the foundations of rescue diving and practice techniques in calm water.

Day 2 – Ocean Dives + Scenario Practice

Two dives focused on real-life rescue situations + theory review.

Day 3 – Final Dives + Exam

Two more dives, plus the final exam to validate your training and certification.
